Tamaska completes takeover of Mongolian CBM mission
Sydney-listed Tamaska Oil and Fuel has accomplished the acquisition of Telmen Power, which holds a 100% curiosity within the Gurvantes XXXV coalbed methane (CBM) mission in Mongolia, it stated on February 15.
Telmen is an unlisted Australian firm that owns 100% of Telmen Useful resource, a Mongolian included entity, which in flip holds a 100% curiosity within the Gurvantes mission. The deal was introduced in December.
