The Archbishop of Colombo – His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith right now (02) United Nations Excessive Commissioner for Human Rights met with Michelle Bachelet.
The assembly happened on the sidelines of the forty ninth session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva at 2.30pm Sri Lankan time.
A media launch issued by the Archbishop’s Home states that the dialogue ‘on revealing the reality behind the phobia assaults on Easter Sunday 2019 and bringing justice to the victims’ lasted for almost 45 minutes.
