The US has seen “very credible experiences” of deliberate assaults on civilians, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken mentioned on Sunday, including that Washington was documenting these experiences to help applicable organizations of their potential conflict crimes investigation.
“We have seen very credible experiences of deliberate assaults on civilians which might represent a conflict crime,” Blinken advised CNN’s “State of the Union” present. “We have seen very credible experiences about the usage of sure weapons,” he mentioned.
