Authorities arrested eight Vietnamese nationals who have been caught fishing with banned fishing tools.
The eight fishermen have been arrested on the morning of March 9 whereas fishing on the Tonle Sap in Kampong Leu Village, Kbal Commune. Krakor District, Pursat, which is an space that borders Kampong Thom.
