NUR-SULTAN (Reuters) – Kazakhstan wants to change from “superpresidential” rule to a presidential republic with a robust parliament, President Kassym-Jomort Tokayev mentioned on Wednesday, proposing constitutional reform.
Addressing the Central Asian nation’s parliament, Tokayev additionally proposed altering the electoral system and re-establishing the constitutional courtroom.
