On 27 January 2022, the federal government issued Decree No. 14/2022/ND-CP to amend and complement a number of provisions of Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations within the fields of postal companies, telecommunications, radio frequency, data know-how and digital transactions (“Decree No. 15“), and Decree No. 119/2020/ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations in journalistic and publishing exercise (“Decree No. 14“). Decree No. 14 was issued with the intention of:
- Implementing the brand new provisions of the amended Legislation on Dealing with Administrative Violations1
- Supplementing sanctions for the violating acts, together with these relating to spam, unlawful content material, social community administration, sport licensing, and many others
- Revising and supplementing provisions relating to the authorities to advantageous administrative violations
