However, The Rajasthan Excessive Courtroom on Monday granted permission to switch two petitions from the Jodhpur District and Classes court docket with respect to the 1998 blackbuck poaching case Listening to of those two petitions will now happen within the excessive court docket together with the one already pending earlier than it.
Reportedly, Khan had moved a petition within the excessive court docket in search of switch of those two petitions to it so that each one the three circumstances are heard at one place.
