DUBAI, March 27 (Reuters) – Tristar Transport, which is owned by Kuwaiti logistics firm Agility AGLT.KW, will purchase a 51% stake in HG Storage Worldwide from China’s HNA Group for $215 million, it mentioned on Sunday
The deal will give Tristar entry to a portfolio of storage and logistics companies for petroleum merchandise in eight nations, Agility mentioned in an announcement.
