Dr. Victor Hettigoda, the chairman of “Siddhalepa Group” has handed away on the age of 84, household sources stated.
Dr. Hettigoda was conferred “Deshabandu – Class I” in 1990 by then-President Ranasinghe Premadasa, in recognition of his contribution to Ayurveda and the business. He’s an ayurveda kidney specialist and a well-known astrologer.
He has acquired many nationwide and worldwide awards together with a list among the many 50 best Sri Lankan Entrepreneurs after independence.
