State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has obtained work orders to guard defence lands, primarily by establishing boundary partitions. The work orders have been awarded to the corporate by the Directorate Basic Defence Estates (DGDE), in response to an organization assertion on Monday.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Satyam Mohan, Dy. Asst. DG (Lands) of DGDE and Pradeep Sharma, Chief Basic Supervisor (Engg), NBCC within the presence of Director Basic, Defence Estates, New Delhi.

An organization spokesperson mentioned the scope of works contains development of boundary partitions and pillars at defence lands throughout the nation.

Senior officers from each the organisations had been current throughout the MoU signing.
