Iraq’s oil generates more than 10 billion dollars in one month

The Ministry of Oil introduced, on Sunday, the whole exports and revenues achieved for the month of April, in response to preliminary statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Advertising Firm (SOMO).

The ministry stated in an announcement, “The entire quantity of crude oil exports amounted to 101 million, 390,662 barrels, with revenues of 10.55 billion {dollars}.”

She added, “The entire portions of crude oil exported for the month of April from oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 98 million and 100 thousand and 42 barrels, whereas from the Kirkuk fields by Ceyhan port, the exported portions amounted to 2,991 thousand and 60 barrels.”

She identified that “the common every day portions amounted to three million and 380 thousand barrels per day, and the common value per barrel amounted to greater than 104,091 {dollars}.”
