Oman to implement flexible working system for government workers from May 15

MUSCAT: Primarily based on the Royal directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, the Ministry of Labour has determined to implement the versatile working system in all models of the state’s administrative equipment, ranging from Sunday, 15, 2022.

In a press release issued, the Ministry of Labour stated authorities sector workers are obligated to work for seven steady hours per day, decided between 7:30am till 4:30pm. “It’s calculated from the time of their attendance to work till the time they depart,” the assertion added.
