Three folks had been arrested for a vicious assault on a 63-year-old man that left him injured.
The assault passed off on the morning of Could 16 in Kong Pisey District, Kampong Speu. The three arrested had been two females and one male, recognized as police as:
Tho Dana, feminine, 40 years previous, a resident of Boeung Chhouk Village, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
