UGC extends CUET (UG)-2022 application deadline to May 31- The New Indian Express

NEW DELHI: The College Grants Fee (UGC) on Friday introduced the extension of software deadline for the Frequent College Entrance Take a look at (CUET)-UG until Might 31.

Over 11.5 lakh candidates have already registered for the check.

“In view of representations obtained from candidates relating to giving them a possibility to submit their on-line software type for CUET (UG)-2022, we’ve determined to maintain the appliance course of open once more from Might 27 until Might 31,” UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar stated.

The UGC chief had in March introduced that CUET scores, and never Class 12 marks, can be obligatory for admission to 45 central universities, and that the central universities can repair their minimal eligibility standards.
