KUALA LUMPUR, June 14 — A telecommunication community chief government officer (CEO) has been remanded for 4 days from at present to help investigations over a bribe amounting to greater than RM200,000.
The remand order on the 43-year-old man was issued by Justice of the Peace Mohamad Redza Azhar Rezali below Part 16 (a) (A) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Fee (MACC) Act 2009.
The person had allegedly solicited and obtained bribes from an organization as an inducement to award a telecommunication tower building and upgrading venture price virtually RM50 million.
He was detained at Selangor MACC workplace right here at about 8 pm after turning as much as give his assertion.
In the meantime, Mohamad Redza additionally allowed a MACC software to remand a senior enforcement officer and a businesswoman for 4 days and two days respectively from at present.

The businesswoman was investigated for abetting with the senior officer.
