KABUL, June 18 (Xinhua) — No less than two explosions on Saturday hit a busy street close to a Sikh-Hindu temple in Police District 4 in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, with casualties unknown, in accordance with eyewitnesses.
“We heard an enormous blast in Kart-e-Parwan neighborhood at round 6 a.m. native time. The blast was adopted by one other explosion which occurred about half an hour after the primary blast. The entire place has now been sealed off,” an eyewitness advised Xinhua.
The safety forces have cordoned off the realm for precautionary measures, he stated.
The blast despatched a column of thick smoke into the sky and triggered panic, the witness stated.
