The 50^th anniversary of the assassination of Ghassan Kanafani coincides with the passing of 15 years of the Fatah-Hamas rift, instigated by the Bush administration in 2007 and which has led to the formation of two native, opposing administrations by the 2 events within the 1967 occupied territories.

The clashes between the 2 events created a brand new actuality on the bottom, the brunt of which has been paid, primarily, by the two.4 million residents of the besieged Gaza Strip, and has led to one of many worst nationwide crises Palestinians have had because the emergence of the up to date Palestinian revolution and the formation of the PLO.
