A choice on establishing a unified headquarters for transit freight administration was made on the assembly of Azerbaijan’s Coordinating Council on Transit Freight, chaired by Minister of Digital Improvement and Transport Rashad Nabiyev, the Ministry informed Development.
The first goal of the headquarters is to simplify and digitalize border crossing procedures, enhance the synchronized planning and administration of transit operations by a single dispatch. The headquarters is to observe operations and recurrently submit stories to the secretariat of the Coordinating Council.
