The survey for the examine was carried out between June 2020 and June 2021 with 249 girls members who have been coping with lung most cancers.
Of the whole members, m64 % had stage IV lung most cancers and 45 % have been receiving focused remedy with 87 % of these taking the remedy for over six months.
The members have been requested questions on their sexual life earlier than being recognized with lung most cancers and the way it had been within the “previous 30 days”.
Inside the prior 30 days, 53 % of members had sexual exercise with themselves or another person. Round 77 % of members reported little to little interest in sexual exercise whereas 67 % stated that they not often or by no means wished to have sexual exercise
The survey confirmed that the most typical causes that negatively affected the participant’s intercourse life have been fatigue, shortness of breath, feeling sad and different points with companions.
