4 work by nationwide artist Fernando Amorsolo have been added to the Nationwide Museum of the Philippines.
In a Fb put up on Monday, the museum stated the items had been donated by the Choose Guillermo B. Guevara Basis.
The work had been “Wakas ni Magallanes” (1963), “Bataan” (1942), “Portrait of Choose Guillermo B. Guevara” (1950) and the “Assassination of Governor Bustamante” (1963). These 4 works had been lent to the museum in 2020.
Amorsolo is the Philippines’ first nationwide artist. He’s also called the “Grand Outdated Man of Philippine Artwork.”
His works had been accepted on Friday by Nationwide Museum Director-Basic Jeremy Barns from the muse’s president, Victor Guevara, and his household.
The Nationwide Museum of the Philippines is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, 9 a.m. to six p.m.
