A 3-quarter-scale reproduction of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial is in Payson this week. Referred to as The Wall That Heals, this touring construction is stopping at 29 communities throughout the nation.
Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund Director of Public Outreach Tim Tetz says there are totally different feelings from guests seeing the exhibit.
