The Lebanese psychological drama movie The Anger received the Greatest Worldwide Function Award on the Impartial Lebanese Movie Pageant (LIFF).
Directed by Maria Ivanova Z., who can be the co-writer together with Olga Artemyeva, The Anger stars Lebanese-French actress Manal Issa, the 2015 winner of the Greatest Actress award for “Parisienne” on the Les Arcs Movie Pageant.
The movie displays on the conflict between two completely different cultures and religions in Lebanon throughout its post-war years, from the angle of Lebanese tradition.
Manal performs the function of Ida, a younger Lebanese who escapes her small city and her alcoholic mom to the massive metropolis, the place she begins relationship a European man.
Younger Lebanese Ida is met by a tragic destiny mirrored via her experiences, rejection of her faith, deception, betrayal, and restoration.

The psychological drama first premiered at Carthage Movie Pageant (JCC) and was screened at Beirut Worldwide Girls’s Movie Pageant (BWFF).
