Among the many largest appeals of cricket farming is that its environmental influence is much lower than rearing cows or pigs.

Whereas for the burgers the crickets are laid on prime of sweeter objects the Bounce cooks use a powder taken from the bugs and baked into the products – from power-bars to biscuits.
As for the shoppers?
“The style is nice. The sauce blends over the odor of the crickets,” 53-year-old buyer Anut Sottthibandhu commented as he munched.
“I do not really feel like there are bugs in my burger,” he added with a smile.
