Sept 18 (Reuters) – U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken urged Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev in a name on Sunday to maintain to a ceasefire agreed with Armenia after violence linked to a dispute over the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh.
