New Delhi:
The Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) on Thursday morning raided the premises linked to Standard Entrance Of India (PFI) in a number of states.
In an enormous crackdown on PFI, the anti-terror company carried out raids in ten states, together with Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Over 100 prime PFI leaders and functionaries have been arrested within the nationwide raids. The raids had been carried out by NIA, Enforcement Directorate (ED) and state police in a coordinated transfer.
In what’s believed to be the “largest ever” crackdown until date, raids and searches are being carried out towards these allegedly concerned in terror funding, organising coaching camps and radicalising others to affix extremist teams.
“The raids are going down on the properties of nationwide, state and native leaders of PFI. The state committee workplace can be being raided. We strongly protest the fascist regime’s strikes to make use of companies to silence dissenting voices,” PFI stated in an announcement.
