British Airways will resume flights to the Maldives after a hiatus of two years.
The resumption of flights will see day by day flights between the UK’s Heathrow Airport and Maldives’ primary worldwide airport, Velana Worldwide Airport (VIA).
British Airways first launched flights to the Maldives in 2015. The airline suspended operation to the Maldives in 2020 amid the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic as a consequence of border closure.
