New Delhi [India], October 4 (ANI): Border Safety Drive (BSF) on Monday recovered a contraband merchandise suspected to be heroin weighing 435 grams, from a Pakistani truck loaded with Afghan dry fruits on the Attari Zero Line in Punjab’s Amritsar.
The Zero line or Commerce gate of Built-in Examine-Put up (ICP) Attari facilitates India’s commerce with Afghanistan and Pakistan.
The BSF troops seized the contraband on Monday through the checking and frisking of the Pakistan Truck.

BSF mentioned that an “iron patti” was wrapped with the suspected merchandise in black adhesive tape, and one other “iron patti” was hooked up to the magnet.
“On October 3, 2022, BSF troops recovered contraband merchandise suspected to be heroin from the truck through the checking/frisking of Pakistan Truck loaded with Afghan dry fruits at Zero line/ Commerce gate of ICP Attari in Amritsar sector,” the BSF mentioned in an announcement.
