Two enterprise premises have been slapped with compound fines by the Authority for Constructing Management and Development Trade (ABCi) following an inspection by the enforcement officers yesterday.
The businesses have been compounded below Regulation 12 of the Constructing Management (Commercial, Billboard and Signboard) Rules 2016.
Each corporations have been fined BND500 every for displaying a enterprise signboard with no allow and got a grace interval of 14 days to settle the fines. The general public is suggested to nominate legally registered promoting corporations.
Enterprise signboards or promoting boards displayed outdoors enterprise premises should be in accordance with the Constructing Management (Commercial, Billboard and Signboard) Regulation 2016.
