Sous Yara, Chairman of the Nationwide Meeting Committee on International Affairs, Worldwide Cooperation, led the Cambodian parliamentary delegation to affix the 145th Basic Meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
The Cambodian delegation joined the IPU Meeting which was held in Kigali, Rwanda from October 11 to fifteen.
Yara and the delegation had been invited to attend conferences such because the ASEAN+3 Assembly, the APG Assembly, APA Assembly and the opening ceremony of the Basic Meeting of the IPU, in addition to the assembly of the Affiliation of Secretaries Basic of Parliaments (ASGP).
Yara additionally addressed the Basic Debate on “Gender Equality and Gender Parliaments as Drivers of Transformation for Extra Resilience and World Peace”.
The Cambodian parliamentary delegation will proceed to attend a collection of conferences till October 15.
