A foreigner, armed with a pistol, fired a number of photographs in Phnom Penh’s modern Russian Market space final night time.
The incident occurred at 11 pm on October 27, 2022, alongside Road 456, in entrance of World BBQ 168 in Sangkat Toul Tompong I, Khan Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh.
Witnesses say that they noticed the gunman strolling down Road 456 with a bag in his hand.
Out of the blue, the person produced a pistol and proceeded to fireplace a number of photographs into the night time sky, terrifying bystanders
The person was then instantly arrested by the Chamkar Mon District Armed Forces and brought into custody
