Two Corridor County Sheriff’s Workplace K9s have been taken to a veterinary hospital for his or her accidents after a wreck Friday, Nov. 11, involving a tractor-trailer, in accordance with Georgia State Patrol.
Troopers responded round 10:25 a.m. Friday to Browns Bridge Highway close to Lamplighter Cove Highway.
A Corridor County Sheriff’s Workplace deputy was driving a 2018 F-150, a Sheriff’s Workplace K9 automobile, westbound on Browns Bridge Highway and stopped due to the visitors. The deputy had two K9s, Timo and Bella, of their kennels, that are positioned within the truck mattress.
State patrol stated the tractor-trailer driver Jeffery Raney, 60, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, was following too carefully and hit the again of the Sheriff’s Workplace’s truck.
State patrol stated each canine have been taken to an area veterinary hospital for therapy of their accidents, however they didn’t say how severe the accidents have been.
The deputy suffered minor accidents and was not transported for medical therapy.
State patrol didn’t say whether or not Raney was injured.
Expenses are pending an investigation by the Specialised Collision Reconstruction Staff.
