Andhra Pradesh: Red sanders logs worth ₹30 lakh seized in Rajampeta

Combing events of the Pink Sanders Activity Power on Sunday seized 15 pink sanders logs value ₹30 lakh at two completely different forest areas in Seshachalam hills beneath the Rajampeta division in Annamayya district.

Superintendent of Police (Activity Power) Meda Sundara Rao mentioned that two combing events have been on patrol alongside the forest fringe areas at Rollamadugu and Chinna Kona beats.

Seeing the duty drive personnel, the smuggling operatives reportedly deserted the logs within the bushes and escaped into the forests. After a radical search, the duty drive seized 15 logs on the two locations and shifted them to the realm’s forest godown.

The official mentioned that further forces have been deployed to accentuate combing operations within the Rajampeta division and to flush out the smuggling operatives.
