Kuwait has shortlisted 5 firms from 4 international locations for the operation of its new airport after excluding three different companies, a newspaper stated on Monday.
The shortlisted companies are TAV Group of Turkey, Germany’s Fraport AG and Munich Airport, South Korea’s Incheon Corp and Eire’s daa Worldwide, the Kuwaiti Arabic language every day Alanba stated.
It quoted knowledgeable sources as saying the Central Company for Public Tenders, the OPEC producer’s high tendering authority, would quickly difficulty a young for “operation, administration and upkeep companies” for the brand new T2 airport terminal.
“The contract covers the brand new airport and all its amenities together with the passenger terminal, runways and companies,” the paper stated.
Three different firms from Spain, Singapore and France which had vied for the mission have been excluded, it added.
