Bangkok, Nov. 17 (Jiji Press)–Japanese trade minister Yasutoshi Nishimura and Thai Vitality Minister Supattanapong Punmeechaow have signed a memorandum of understanding to share liquefied pure fuel in occasions of great shortages.
