A Kuwaiti developer is planning to construct a purchasing centre, a lodge and different services within the Gulf state at a price of round 26 million Kuwaiti dinars ($86 million).
In a press release carried by Alqabas and different Kuwaiti newspapers on Tuesday, Mabanee Firm stated the challenge has an space of almost 40,000 sq. metres and is positioned in Sabah Al-Ahmed S-3 Metropolis in Al-Ahmadi Governorate.
The challenge consists of a big purchasing centre, a Hilton model 3-star lodge comprising 110 rooms, eating places and cafes, cinemas and amusement centres, the assertion stated.
“It is a multi-purpose funding challenge that can serve Sabah Al-Ahmed Metropolis…it is going to comprise a parking lot with a capability of a minimum of 500 autos,” it added.
Sabah Al-Ahmed Metropolis is positioned almost 35 km South of the capital Kuwait Metropolis and is near key industries within the Gulf nation.
