Authorities in Svay Rieng arrested two Vietnamese males for illegally getting into and fishing in Cambodian waters.
The arrest of the 2 males came about on 10:30 on November 22, on the west level of a bridge in Rong Banle village, Svay Rieng commune, Svay Rieng.
