Kyrgyzstan’s parliament building evacuated after fire: report

Kyrgyzstan’s parliament constructing was evacuated on Friday after a hearth broke out in its basement, Russia’s RIA information company reported.

“In response to preliminary knowledge, a hearth broke out within the basement. Smoke started to rise alongside the flooring, so the staff had been evacuated,” a spokesperson for the Parliamentary Meeting stated.

The Kyrgyz Ministry of Emergency Conditions stated there have been no casualties, in line with RIA.
