Lawyer Robert Hayrapetyan, a member of the opposition Resurgent Armenia get together, has refused to take up a vacant parliament seat.
“The present state of affairs is incompatible with my concepts of attainable parliamentary exercise and duty in the direction of the actions arising from the first mandate,” he wrote on Fb on Tuesday.
“I’ll keep true to my ideas in my future public actions and no matter my standing, I’ll proceed my opposition actions, preventing in opposition to the incompetent authorities,” Hayrapetyan mentioned.
