Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) president Vikar Rasool Wani on Monday mentioned former chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad must be stripped of his Padma award for “compromising nationwide safety.” Former Congress chief and Democratic Azad Celebration chief Azad had just lately mentioned that when he was the J-Okay chief minister, he had knowledgeable then Union Residence Minister Shivraj Patil and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in regards to the hyperlinks of some leaders with terrorists.
