A drone which flew into India from Pakistan was shot down by the Border Safety Drive (BSF) alongside the worldwide border in Punjab, an official spokesperson stated on Monday.
The unmanned aerial car was intercepted and fired upon by the troops round 7:40 pm on Sunday in an space falling beneath the territorial limits of Rajatal village in Amritsar, they stated.
The quadcopter was recovered from a discipline close to the border fence and a search is on to verify if it dropped any consignment within the space, the BSF spokesperson stated.
At the very least three such Pakistani drones have been shot down by the border pressure final week in Punjab.
