THE nationwide ladies’ crew left for the Jordanian metropolis of Aqaba to take part within the third West Asian Soccer Federation Juniors Championship, scheduled from Wednesday to January 10, with the participation of 4 groups – Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine.
The delegation contains nationwide crew supervisor Khaled Triki, nationwide crew coach Khaled Hassan, assistant coach Jassim Al Zayed, goalkeepers coach Sayed Hassan Al-Mashqab amongst others.
Coach Hassan has chosen 23 gamers for the match: Dawa Nasser, Maryam Issa, Maryam Thamer, Aya Louay, Lea Mohammed, Malak Abdul Alim, Hanai Baltic, Rawan Saleh, Fatima Walid, Sheikha Salman, Jawaher Fadel, Maya Abdullah, Maryam Khaled, Saria Nawaf, Amani Tariq, Hala Adel, Kavaya Sukrotraj, Sara Sultan, Amina Hamad, Joud Majed, Lujain Ahmed, Jawaher Khaled and Hana Zara.
The match shall be performed in a single-round league system, after which the table-topper tackle the fourth-placed crew within the semi-finals and second-placed play with the third-placed crew.
Bahrain conflict with Lebanon on Wednesday at 4pm at Aqaba Stadium of their first match, then tackle Jordan on Friday at 7pm, and conclude its first spherical matches by taking part in Palestine at 4pm on January 8.
The ultimate shall be performed on January 10.
