The Anti-Drug Bureau of Svay Rieng Provincial Police arrested a Vietnamese nationwide with 16 packets of ketamine powder. He had meant to cross the border into Vietnam by means of Prey Vally Worldwide Border Crossing in Prey Vally Village, Thmey Commune, Kampong Ror District.
