“Artsakh has been sieged for 111 days now, overcoming quite a few difficulties and dealing with humanitarian issues brought on by the closure of the highway.
“In the intervening time, it’s only attainable to hold out humanitarian provides to Artsakh by the Stepanakert-Berdadzor-Kornidzor-Goris highway by Russian peacekeepers and the Worldwide Committee of the Pink Cross.
“Visitors to and from Armenia stays unpredictably harmful so long as Azerbaijan’s pseudo-ecologists and army keep on the Shushi highway part,” reads the assertion.
The Inside Ministry urges folks to not give in to faux information and to observe solely official studies.
