SINGAPORE: Eighteen people have been taken to hospital after two double-decker buses collided in Bukit Batok, this week.
The Singapore Civil Protection Pressure (SCDF) reported that the accident occurred at Bukit Batok West Avenue 2 at round 11.55am on Tuesday (18 Apr).
Images uploaded on-line by the Singapore Bus Drivers Group Fb web page present the intensive injury to one of many buses. The entrance of 1 bus rear-ended the opposite bus, inflicting injury to the door and shattering the glass.
In keeping with the SCDF, 12 folks have been despatched to the Nationwide College Hospital, and 6 others have been despatched to Ng Teng Fong Normal Hospital. Two passengers have been assessed by paramedics and refused to be taken to hospital.
Investigations are ongoing.
