The Congress on Wednesday filed a police grievance in Bengaluru’s Excessive Grounds police station towards Union House Minister Amit Shah for making provocative statements, selling enmity and hatred, and maligning opposition.
“Motion needs to be taken towards Amit Shah based on legislation. If a typical man had performed it, the police would have arrested him already. The union dwelling minister can’t say if Congress involves energy there might be communal riots,” Congress chief D.Okay. Shivakumar stated.
“For no cause, they’ve filed 20 circumstances towards me. The Congress has already filed a grievance with the Election Fee. After submitting the grievance there, we got here right here,” he added.

The Congress has filed the FIR below Sections 153 A (selling enmity between completely different teams on grounds of faith, race, place of origin, residence, language), 171 G (false assertion in reference to an election), 505(2) (statements creating or selling enmity, hatred or ill-will between lessons) and 123 (concealing with intent to facilitate design to wage warfare) of the Indian Penal Code.
