Pala is presently lodged in Central Jail Agra and was allegedly a militant of Hizbul Mujahideen and Al Badr.
Mugal is allegedly an overground employee of Hizbul Mujahideen and is presently out on bail. The duo have been charge-sheeted by the NIA in February 2019 and fees have been framed by the NIA particular courtroom Jammu in August 2019.
