The Delhi authorities has approached Supreme Courtroom alleging that the Centre is defying the constitutional bench order on the management over bureaucrats. The federal government alleged that the Centre was obstructing the switch of a bureaucrat that that they had ordered after a landmark judgment by the Supreme Courtroom.
