Solar Chanthol, Senior Minister, Minister of Public Works and Transport, stated that in June 2023, Cambodia has three main initiatives that may open building websites in a row.
The three main initiatives are: Phnom Penh-Bavet Expressway, Street 312 and Street 23.
The Senior Minister stated that the Phnom Penh-Bavet Expressway will begin building on June 7 underneath the presidency of Prime Minister Hun Sen. Street 312 will open on June 9 by Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Inside, representing Mr Hun Sen.
In the meantime, Dr Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Financial system and Finance, will open the development web site of one other highway, Street 23 from Koh Thom district, Leuk Dek commune to Leuk Dek district, Kandal province.
The Phnom Penh-Bavet Expressway has a complete size of about 135 km to be in-built 4 lanes, with a width of 25.5 meters, with an funding of about $1.35 billion.
