111 members of the Nationwide Meeting raised their fingers to approve the draft regulation on the modification of the election regulation, which goals to reform the “proper to face for election”. The draft regulation on the modification of the election regulation has eight articles, together with:

– Article 4: Modification to Article 13 of the Regulation on the Election of Senators.
– Article 5: Modification to Article 15 of the Regulation on the Election of Capital, Provincial, Municipal, Municipal, District and Khan Councils.
– Article 6: gives for amendments by amending some related articles within the election regulation.
– Article 7: stipulates the inter-provisions for the election of senators for the fifth time period.
– Article 8: states that regulation enforcement is pressing.
Members who attended the plenary session of the Nationwide Meeting on Friday morning accredited one article at a time and accredited the draft regulation on the modification of all the election regulation.
