Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Tuesday focused Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying he has dedicated “a lot of sin” and that he must run away like Philippines dictator Ferdinand Marcos after shedding the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. On the Opposition’s demand for Modi’s presence within the Parliament for dialogue on Manipur, the previous Bihar Chief Minister stated that the PM is “responsible” so he’s “unable to face it”.
Ferdinand Marcos was the President of Philippines from 1965 to 1986 who was exiled to the US because of his fraudulent electoral practices, corruption, financial stagnation, political repression amongst others.
“He’s getting a spot exterior. He must run away like Marcos (Ferdinand Marcos). He has dedicated a lot sin,” stated the previous railway minister whereas talking to reporters.

On being requested about Opposition events’ demand on PM Modi’s presence in Parliament for a dialogue on the state of affairs in Manipur, he stated, “PM is responsible, so he’s unable to face it.”
